Our Story: French Gastronomy Meets Moorea  

Founded by Parisian restaurateur Bruno Jamais, a Michelin-star Maître d’hôtel with two decades in New York City at Bruno Jamais Supper Club. He fell in love with Moorea and created a relaxed beach club ambiance infused with a true passion for gastronomy. Today, our family-owned restaurant in Moorea offers fresh local fish prepared with French savoir-faire, gourmet pizzas, and sushi by the water.
